Academic Program Change Form

Students may choose one program of study that best fits their educational goal. Focusing your efforts, time and money on one academic program expedites your pathway to completion. Please consider speaking with one of our advisors in Advising Services for additional guidance.

To change your program of study, complete and submit the Academic Program Change form. You will need to know your degree or certificate program code and intended majors for the Associate in Arts or Associate in Science degree.

The Academic Program Change form is available on the Student Portal and must be completed by the student. Requests will be processed within 2-3 business days.

Changing your current program may affect your eligibility for financial aid and/or veteran educational benefits. Communications regarding your requested program change will be sent to your dupage.edu email account.
