Description of Organization

College of DuPage maintains three natural areas on the Glen Ellyn campus: the Russell R. Kirt Prairie, the Ecological Study Area, and the B.J. Hoddinott Wildlife Sanctuary. We help maintain over 40 acres of prairie, wetland, and woodland habitat. Volunteers will learn modern and historical practices for ecological restoration and better understand species interactions in our local environment.
