Student Email Policy

College of DuPage sends all official communications to students through their official COD email (dupage.edu). Students have the option to forward these communications to a personal email account. Check out your COD email to get the message about:

  • Official COD communications
  • Financial aid communications
  • Petition to graduate
  • Transfer credit evaluation
  • Prerequisite proof 
  • Sensitive FERPA-related communications
  • Transcript ordering
  • Important messages from instructors

 

Frequently Asked Questions

Your email address is your myaccessid@dupage.edu that was created after you applied to College of DuPage. If you forgot your email address, go to inside.cod.edu and click on Retrieve/Forgot Username. Follow the instructions provided at the top of the input form. You will need to know the email address you provided when you applied for admission to the college. If you have questions about this email address, contact the Student Help Desk:
