College of DuPage student Sabrina Guillinta receives congratulations from COD Interim President Dr. Christine M. Hammond during the 2025 Celebration of Academic Excellence.

Guillinta, one of 29 students honored for specific disciplines, programs or departments, was recognized as demonstrating academic excellence in interior design.
In addition, Honors Scholars, members of the Honors Student Advisory Committee, outstanding graduates and STEM Student Success Scholarship completers were celebrated for their achievements.
Also recognized were the Honors Program Transfer Scholarship recipients, who received full or partial tuition awards to the following schools: Ana Bashqawi, Aurora University; Hector Franco and Sing Thang, Benedictine University; Liliana Olsen, DePaul University; Marygrace Couri, Elmhurst University; John Ogan, North Central College; and Gannon Hosticka, Northeastern Illinois University.
