Explore how your interest patterns and work personality traits are related to various career paths. Two of the most respected and widely used tools for career development will be utilized: the Strong Interest Inventory and the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator. Participants must complete these career assessments electronically, prior to the workshop. The workshop will include an explanation of results, along with guidance to integrate personal traits with career information. Discussions may also incorporate work-related values and skills to increase awareness of personal strengths. Resources will be provided to further assist in your career development process.
