A College of DuPage faculty initiative to commemorate the formation and signing of the U.S. Constitution, presented as a part of the Dialogue Over Distance series.
Special guest presenter Dr. Christine Rivers, DePaul University associate professor of political science, will discuss the challenges, successes and current state of the 19th Amendment, including legislation she co-authored to assist marginalized men and women in voting.
