Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Symposium

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Symposium is an opportunity for current CNAs to increase their knowledge, skills and values while providing essential learning activities about best practices in health care and other related topics.

Jack H. Turner Conference Center, SRC 2000

The event is free to active CNAs and student CNAs. Attendees will receive a certificate of completion. Breakfast and Lunch will be provided.

Objectives

The event encourages lifelong learning and the exploration of educational opportunities relevant to the nursing and allied health care profession. During the Symposium, attendees will:

  • Participate in educational breakout sessions
  • Tour COD's Health and Science Center
  • Visit Clinical Partner tables and exhibits
