Chaps Get Hired is an electronic job board with employers looking to recruit COD students, alumni, and community members. In addition to finding postings exclusively to College of DuPage you can search the Jobs Central® national job board and the Intern Central® national internship board to find many opportunities all in one spot.
Use the platform to search internships along with part-time, full-time, and seasonal employment opportunities. Chaps Get Hired also has many career advice resources for you to access.

To register, go to collegecentral.com/dupage, click "Activate Your Account" and use your COD username (all characers before @dupage.edu) to create your own password. If you are already a registered user, sign in to access your account.

All employers are asked to review the College of DuPage Recruiting Policies and contact the Career Services Center with any specific questions or needs they might have.
To register on Chaps Get Hired please complete the steps below:
- Visit collegecentral.com/dupage
- On the login screen, click Sign-up and select "Employer"
- Complete the registration
All registration requests will be reviewed within 24-48 business hours. Once you are approved, you will receive an email from College Central Network with a passcode to complete your profile. Once your profile is complete, you will be able to post your hiring needs. *If your registration is not approved, please review our policies again and if there are additional questions, please contact the Career Services Center at csc@cod.edu.
