College of DuPage Lifelines

In a post-COVID 19 environment, with a dramatic rise in eviction rates and most all housing and food costs, it's no wonder more and more individuals are facing housing and/or food insecurity. Many college students across the country, and here in DuPage County, struggle to find their next meal, uncertain of where they may sleep, or access basic shelter.

“Finding Your Way Home,” the second episode in College of DuPage’s docuseries “Lifelines,” examines housing and food insecurity while highlighting community resources and efforts to combat these often hidden hardships. Learn about causes and dangers of various types of homelessness affecting many who don't fit the stereotypical image of a homeless person. Hear moving personal stories of triumph, and testimonials from professionals dedicated to finding solutions to alleviate these crises within our community.
