NSO Need to Know

During New Student Orientation (NSO), you'll have the opportunity to meet future classmates and your orientation leaders and learn about services and resources available to you on campus. Here’s everything else you need to know about NSO.

Please refer to the NSO Agenda and General Information page.

New Student Orientation is available in-person. If you cannot attend NSO in person, the event will be livestreamed.

Fall New Student Orientation will be livestreamed.

Walk-In Registration for Fall New Student Orientation begins every morning at 8:15 a.m. in the McAninch Arts Center Lobby!

There is no fee to attend NSO.

Yes, you can attend NSO if you are not registered for classes. However, advising and registration for classes is not part of NSO. Therefore, we encourage you to register for classes prior to attending.

The E-NSO book is where you can find extensive information about the NSO agenda and workshop descriptions. You will also find important information about campus departments and further resources. Read More
