Students unable to attend a drop-in tutoring session can request an in-person or virtual appointment by completing the tutoring services request form.

Appointments
Fifty-minute appointments are available and accommodate up to three students. All appointments start at the top of the hour. Please review the appointment times and provide your availability below. Drop-ins may be substituted for appointments.

Monday - Thursday: 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. (Last session starting at 5 p.m.)
Friday: 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. (Last session starting at 1 p.m.) Friday hours not available during the summer semester.

Other additional times may be available; please add your full availability below.

I will email tutoring@cod.edu or call (630) 942-3686 at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule or cancel.

If I miss two appointments, I understand that I will need to contact Tutoring Services to reschedule appointments.

I may receive a maximum of three 50-minute appointments per week.

I must be enrolled in the COD developmental or college-level course for which I am requesting assistance.
There is no guarantee I will obtain a better or even a passing grade in the course for which I receive assistance.
