The Illinois Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) provides that all persons are entitled to full and complete information regarding the affairs of government and the official acts and policies of those who represent it. Any individual, corporation, partnership, firm or organization, acting individually or as a group, has the right to inspect certain public records.
The College accepts FOIA requests for information during normal business hours (Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., excluding holidays). Requests submitted electronically after normal business hours are considered received by the College on the next business day.
All requests for information must be made in written form and may be submitted electronically or by U.S. Mail. Online and printable forms are provided below for your convenience. When completing the form, describe the information being requested as specifically as possible.
