Student-Run Dining at Waterleaf

Welcome to our classroom! Waterleaf, located in the college's Culinary & Hospitality Center, is a dining experience that offers real-life training to Culinary Arts, Baking and Pastry Arts, and Restaurant Management students. Patrons will enjoy students' culinary creativity, utilizing fresh regional and seasonal ingredients as well as attentive service from our Restaurant Service students.

Fall 2018 Schedule and Menus

Regional American Cuisine

Enjoy fresh, seasonal, regional American food prepared and served by students in Culinary & Pastry Arts and Service classes. This semester kicks off on September 4 with American South style cuisine. We will be featuring the Central Plains, the Pacific Northwest and New England in upcoming menus. Wines available by the or glass.

Lunches available Wednesday & Thursday with seatings at 11:15, 11:30, or 11:45 a.m.
Dinners available Tuesdays with seatings at 6:30, 6:45, and 7:00 p.m.
$17 per person (Includes 8.0% tax)

International Cuisine Dinners

Join us select Wednesdays beginning September 26 for a culinary trip around the world with our International Cuisine class. This semester we're exploring the Normandy region of France, Germany, and Australia. Meals include carefully selected wine pairings. Please note, on November 7 we will be offering a beer dinner in conjunction with our friends at Two Brothers Brewing. You won’t want to miss it!

Contemporary à la Carte Cuisine

Enjoy an evening of fine food prepared and served by advanced culinary students in beautiful Waterleaf dining room. Choose the prix fixe multi-course menu which includes wine pairings or select specific dishes with the a la carte option. Wines are also available by the bottle or glass.
