Student-Run Dining at Waterleaf
Waterleaf, located in the college's Culinary & Hospitality Center, is a dining experience that offers real-life training to Culinary Arts, Baking and Pastry Arts, and Restaurant Management students. Patrons will experience students' culinary creativity, utilizing fresh regional and seasonal ingredients while experiencing attentive service in beautiful Waterleaf dining room.
Limited seating is available at each event. Reservations may be made until an event is sold out. For reservations, visit opentable.com or call (630) 942-2284. . International Cuisine Lunches
Join us select Tuesdays beginning June 13th for a culinary trip around the world with our International Cuisine class. This semester we'll be sampling the cuisines of Jamaica, Persia, Mexico, and Korea. Our last menu features a sampling of BBQ and grilling styles from around the world! LUNCHES ARE SOLD OUT!

Regional American Cuisine Lunches & Dinners
Our Regional American Cuisine class offers contemporary spins on American classics with a focus on fresh, seasonal ingredients. The four course prix fixe menu includes your choice of regionally inspired soup, salad, entrée and dessert. Wines available by the glass or bottle.
Lunches available Thursday and Friday with seatings at 11:15, 11:30, or 11:45 a.m.
$17 per person (Includes 8.0% tax)
Dinners available Tuesdays with seatings at 6:45, 7, and 7:15 p.m.
$25 per person (Includes 8.0% tax)
Contemporary à la Carte Cuisine
Enjoy an evening of modern fine dining with dishes prepared from scratch and presented by advanced culinary and hospitality students. Choose the five course prix fixe menu, with or without wine pairings, or select specific dishes with the à la carte option.
Open select Thursdays this fall with seatings 6, 6:15 and 6:30 p.m.
