Student-Run Dining at Waterleaf

Waterleaf, located in the college's Culinary & Hospitality Center, is a dining experience that offers real-life training to Culinary Arts, Baking and Pastry Arts, and Restaurant Management students. Patrons will experience students' culinary creativity, utilizing fresh regional and seasonal ingredients. Guests will also appreciate the students' attentive service.

Regional American Cuisine

Enjoy fresh, seasonal, regional American food prepared and served by students in Culinary & Pastry Arts and Service classes. Service begins on February 6 with dishes from the Pacific Northwest. We will be featuring the Rocky Mountains, American South and California regions in upcoming menus. See the link below for details!

Lunches available Wednesday through Friday with seatings at 11:15, 11:30, or 11:45 a.m.
$17 per person (Includes 8.0% tax)

Dinners available Tuesdays beginning February 6 with seatings at 7:00pm or 7:15pm

International Cuisine Dinners

Join us select Wednesdays beginning February 21 for a culinary trip around the world with our International Cuisine class. This semester we're exploring The British Isles, Morocco, Spain, South Africa and The Philippines. You'll receive attentive service from our students as you enjoy the view in our beautiful Waterleaf dining room.

Contemporary à la Carte Cuisine

Enjoy an evening of fine food prepared and served by advanced culinary students in Waterleaf dining room. Choose the prix fixe multi-course menu which includes wine pairings or select specific dishes with the a la carte option. Wines available by the bottle or glass.
