Student-Run Dining at Waterleaf
Waterleaf, located in the college's Culinary & Hospitality Center, is a dining experience that offers real-life training to Culinary Arts, Baking and Pastry Arts, and Restaurant Management students. Patrons will experience students' culinary creativity, utilizing fresh regional and seasonal ingredients. Guests will also appreciate the students' attentive service.

Regional American Cuisine
Enjoy fresh, seasonal, regional American food prepared and served by students in Culinary & Pastry Arts and Service classes. This semester will kick off on February 7th with our hearty Central Farmlands menu. We will be featuring the Pacific Northwest, the American South and California cuisines in upcoming menus. International Cuisine Dinners
Join us select Wednesdays beginning March 1 for a culinary trip around the world with our International Cuisine class. This semester we're exploring Scandinavia, Lebanon, Macau and Cuban cuisine! You'll receive attentive service from our students as you enjoy the view in Waterleaf dining room.

Contemporary à la Carte Cuisine
Enjoy an evening of fine food prepared and served by advanced culinary students in beautiful Waterleaf dining room. Choose the prix fixe multi-course menu which includes wine pairings or select specific dishes with the new a la carte option. Wines available by the bottle or glass..
