The Culinary Market serves as an outlet for items created by students in the Culinary and Pastry Arts program. Featuring baked goods, soups, cold salads, entrees and more, all of our products are made from scratch on premises. Our menu changes daily so watch our Facebook page for updates or join our mailing list to receive daily menus.
Due to the nature of our production, items are often limited in quantity. Pre-orders are welcome, but subject to item availability. Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard and Discover), personal checks (payable to College Of DuPage) and cash are accepted.
The Market is open Wednesdays and Thursdays, 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. during spring term. Fifteen-minute parking is available outside the Culinary & Hospitality Center. Call (630) 942-3809 or email firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
A note about allergens:
The Culinary Market makes every attempt to identify ingredients that may cause allergic reactions for those with food allergies. Every effort is made to instruct our students on the severity of food allergies. In addition, we label items with possible allergen-containing ingredients; however, there is always a risk of contamination. There is also a possibility that manufacturers of the ingredients we use could change the formulation at any time, without notice. Customers concerned with food allergies need to be aware of this risk. Please be aware that our classrooms prepare foods and use ingredients in our products that contain nuts or nut oil. If you have any type of food allergy, please refrain from eating our products.
Wheat Café and Culinary Market
Wheat Café is our 60-seat, casual dining room specializing in contemporary American cuisine. The Culinary Market features baked goods, soups, salads, sides and other items created by students in the Culinary program.
