Associate in Science Degree
The Associate in Science (A.S.) degree at College of DuPage serves as
the first two years of study before transfer to a baccalaureate-granting
institution. The degree program consists of a minimum of 64 credits
in General Education Core Curriculum requirements, additional math and
science credits, and general electives. Students are strongly advised
to consult with an adviser at the institution to which they play to
transfer when selecting general elective classes.

Associates in Applied Science Degrees
College of DuPage offers two Associate in Applied Science (A.A.S.) degrees:
Microcomputer Specialist and Application Programmer. The Application
Programmer degree can be earned with emphasis in either Visual Basic
or Java. Each degree program consists of a minimum of 64 credits in
General Education requirements and program requirements.
