Angela Massey, owner of Nonprofit Empowerment Group is insightful, highly professional and committed to success. She started with the Illinois PTAC program in 2014, and engaged the services of the Illinois PTAC at College of DuPage. Her focus was to take Capacity Building to a whole new level by working across multiple organizations and industry developing solutions to strengthen their operations using a top-down approach. A model by which people, organizations and society systematically stimulate and develop their capability over time to achieve social and economic goals through improvement of knowledge, skills, systems, and institutions. NEG has a proven and measurable track record having applied their solutions to grassroots non-profit organizations, government and international development activities.
Angela continues to work closely with Rita Haake, Illinois PTAC Program Manager. As a client she takes advantage of the Bid Match service we offer giving her continued access to open bid opportunities. Rita has assisted with market research and reviewed solicitations and offered insight to help Angela better position the company when creating a proposal. Angela utilizes our expertise ongoing and regularly. Nonprofit Empowerment Group has secured contracts since first engaging with the Illinois PTAC at College of DuPage and most recent with the United States Army Corp. of Engineers - Kansas City District and Memphis District.
