The Career Professional Mentoring Program is a new program to the Career Services Center! We are excited to be in partnership with the Center for Student Diversity, Equity and Inclusion to better serve our students with career development and career success!
How it works
For the Fall 2020 term, the Career Services Center will be in collaboration with the Center for Diversity and Inclusion to recruit Mentors specifically from the existing Inclusive Excellence Peer Mentoring (IEPM) Program.
The Career Services Center will recruit alumni to participate in an five-month virtual mentoring program with College of DuPage students. While collaborating IEMP, peer mentors will have the opportunity to apply for the Career Professional Mentoring Program to be matched with local employers looking to be a Mentor. The IEMP will now become the Mentee working with a Career Professional.
