Gateway SRA promotes the full participation of people with disabilities in meaningful activities that maximize their health, well-being, and quality of life. Recreation is a central component of a healthy lifestyle. This philosophy is carried out through all our recreation and sports programs and services for people with disabilities. Gateway SRA works with 9 area parks and recreation communities to provide these programs. Our main office is located in Burr Ridge and additional programming in the surrounding communities. Recreation programs include Special Olympics athletics, bowling, social clubs, health and wellness, and special events.
