COVID-19 Preparedness Initiative
In compliance with the College of DuPage COVID-19 Preparedness Initiative, the Office of Student Records has begun to process physically received mail and faxes, once per week. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work through your correspondence as quickly as possible to provide a timely resolution. If immediate assistance is required, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will respond to your inquiry as soon as possible. College leadership continues to monitor the coronavirus situation and will adjust the institutional response as circumstances warrant. COD campus updates can be found at cod.edu/coronavirus.

- Evaluates transcripts from other institutions for the awarding of transfer credit
Online Degree Audit
Students can run a degree audit online through their myACCESS account, also available in the student portal. This report shows your progress toward completion of a degree or certificate at College of DuPage and the course options available to satisfy your remaining requirements.
Where to Send your Transcripts
You can mail transcripts to:
College of DuPage
Office of Student Records
425 Fawell Blvd.
Glen Ellyn, IL 60137
Transcripts are considered official only if enclosed in a sealed envelope and identified as official by the sending institution. Once third-party documents are sent to the college for review such as: High School Transcripts, College Transcripts, and International Transcript Evaluations, they become the property of the college and will not be returned. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to the Office of Student Records at email@example.com for assistance.
Electronic transcripts are considered official only if received directly from the sending college or high school and identified as official by the sending institution. Institutions may send transcripts electronically through any of the major exchange networks or by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Transcripts sent by email from the student, even if from a college email account, are not considered official documents.
Final Grades Online
Final course grades can be accessed online through your secure myACCESS account.
A course description is a written explanation of a course that includes topics covered, credit hours and lecture/lab hours. This is taken directly from the College of DuPage Catalog. Course descriptions are most often used when transferring your COD credits to another college or university. The school may need extra information regarding the courses you completed when evaluating your transcript.
A course syllabus communicates the instructor’s course design (i.e. goals, organization, policies, expectations, requirements) to the students enrolled in the course. To obtain a course syllabus, contact the appropriate divisional office:
- Arts, Communication, and Hospitality
