Four College faculty members across science and math disciplines mentored eight high school students this academic year as part of the program, which is designed to increase the number of women entering Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) fields. The initiative provides potential incoming students an opportunity to form a network of support with COD faculty as they explore their options for higher education and a career in STEM.

Applications currently are being accepted for the 2022-2023 academic year. The program will accept 10 participants and preference is given to high school juniors.
