COVID-19 Information

The health, safety, and well-being of our guests, employees and the community we serve are of utmost concern.

We are following guidelines provided by the CDC and local health officials and will continue to rely on their expertise and recommendations.

NOTE: If you have experienced any symptoms of COVID-19 in the last 14 days or are experiencing a fever, for the safety of all, we ask that you reschedule your visit to the Inn. Cancellation fees are waived at this time.

The Inn at Water’s Edge has several protective procedures in place:

  • We require masks or face coverings to be worn at all times by guests, visitors and employees while in the hotel premises.
  • We have provided hand sanitizer stations in all public areas.
  • We have social distancing measures in place.
  • We sanitize the front desk area before and after each use.
  • We wipe down frequently used surfaces with disinfectants.
  • We require our staff to frequently and properly wash their hands.

What to expect during your stay:

  • We require masks or face coverings to be worn at all times by guests, visitors and employees while in the hotel premises.
  • You will be asked screening questions prior to your arrival.
  • We will not be providing housekeeping service during your stay.
  • The following items will be available on a request only basis- robes, extra pillows, pens and notepads.
  • A bag of lighter breakfast offerings will be provided outside your room per your request.

COVID-19 is an unprecedented and evolving situation and we are closely monitoring CDC and local state guidelines as changes occur.
