HOSP 1103: Principles of Travel Industry

An overview of responsibilities within the travel industry. Students will review the management functions including: analyzing, coordinating, implementing, and supervising tasks of managing a travel related business. Protocol, etiquette, and different types of travel professionals will be discussed, including the changing role of the travel agent.
