Many people like to experiment with drugs and alcohol, epecially when they are in college. As part of Substance Abuse Awareness Month, this workshop will identify recreational use versus abuse of alcohol and other drugs. It will define the most common alcohol and drugs used by college students as well as the effects they can have on overall health. Resources will also be available on how or where to get help if you feel that you or a loved one need help with their addiction.
