    Gabrielle Bellaja is an international trade, corporate and commercial transactions attorney with 27-year experience practicing law inside and outside of the United States.

    She is the founder of Bellaja Law Group, a Chicago law firm providing world-class legal services to foreign and domestic small to mid-size businesses, entrepreneurs, “start-ups” and not-for-profit organizations. For almost 20 years, Ms. Bellaja worked as an in-house attorney for Fortune 100 conglomerates supporting multi-million dollar cross border transactions. She has led legal departments supporting organizations with sales revenues as high as $8 billion and manufacturing footprints on numerous continents. She held legal management positions in the United States, Belgium, Switzerland, and Germany. Ms. Bellaja speaks English, French, and basic German. She is licensed to practice law in Illinois and California, as well as numerous federal district courts across the United States. She holds a BA from the University of Pennsylvania and a JD from the University of Illinois.
