Additionally, there will be an attorney and a tax advisor presenting.

James Poznak, attorney in private practice at Poznak Law Firm Ltd (www.poznaklaw.com) will be present to discuss the differences in corporate structures (Sole Proprietor vs LLC and S-Corp), and provide a brief overview of trademarks.

Katherine O'Connell (www.blockadvisors.com) in Glen Ellyn, IL will present a half hour session on tax filing.
