The grand success of Sushi Ukai turned into an opportunity for a third location in Glen Ellyn. Dong's wife Lily and his sister Anna have been working with the ILSBDC for a longer period. This time they needed help with the extensive built-out. In addition, they were looking for help in operations and management. A third location in a very different market and they wanted to understand their new clientele better. The IL SBDC at College of DuPage helped them to develop a marketing and branding strategy to encompass all locations but at the same time include specific action steps to catch the market differences
