Course is intended to be an alternative to ANAT 1571; credit toward graduation will be granted for ANAT 1551 or ANAT 1571, but not for both. The endocrine, cardiovascular, lymphatic, respiratory, digestive, urinary and reproductive systems, as well as the concepts of development, metabolism, fluid and electrolyte balance, and acid-base balance are included. Course Description: Intended for individuals preparing for naturalization and for successfully completing the oral interview and written test required for U.S. citizenship. The course provides an overview of significant historical events; facts and concepts of federal, state and local government; current political, governmental and social information; and explanations of United States' culture and institutions. The naturalization process and the One Hundred Questions developed by the Bureau of Citizenship and Immigration Services (BCIS) are also covered. This course may be taken four times for credit.
