Waterleaf, located in the college's Culinary & Hospitality Center, is a dining experience that offers real-life training to Culinary Arts, Baking and Pastry Arts, and Restaurant Management students. Patrons will experience students' culinary creativity, utilizing fresh regional and seasonal ingredients. Guests will also appreciate the students' attentive service.

Regional American Cuisine Lunches
Enjoy fresh, seasonal, regional American food prepared and served by students in Culinary & Pastry Arts and Service classes. This semester will kick off on September 4 with our American South menu. We will be featuring the Central Plains, Pacific Northwest, and New England regions in upcoming menus. See the link below for details!

International Cuisine Dinners
This semester our students will be working with guest chefs John Coletta, Executive Chef of Quartino in Chicago and Tommy Michel, Executive Chef of Two Brothers Brewing. Chef Coletta will be preparing an Early Autumn Italian Celebration. If you're a beer aficionado, join us for Chef Tommy's seasonal menu with beer pairings from Two Brothers. Our own Chef Susan Maddox will be offering guests a menu of fall French fare. You'll receive attentive service from our students as you enjoy the view in the beautiful Waterleaf dining room.

Contemporary à la Carte Cuisine Dinners
Enjoy an evening of fine food prepared and served by advanced culinary students in beautiful Waterleaf dining room. Choose the prix fixe multi-course menu which includes wine pairings or select specific dishes with the new a la carte option. Wines available by the bottle or glass.
