Microsoft MCSA: Windows 10

Microsoft MCSA: Windows 10 certification is an internationally accepted industry credential that demonstrates expertise in configuring, managing, and maintaining a Windows 10 enterprise system. Career concentrations that benefit from MCSA: Windows 10 training include: consultant, full-time desktop support technician, and IT generalist who administers Windows 10. Additionally, earning the MCSA certification is the first step toward eventually becoming a Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE).

The Microsoft MCSA: Windows 10 program consists of two courses within the Computer and Information Technology (CIT) program.

Courses

  • CIT 1612, Windows PC Desktop Operating Systems, 3 credit hours
  • CIT 1613, Enterprise Desktop PC Support Technician, 3 credit hours
