Anesthesia Technologist Bridge Program

This professional development class is designed to advance your career as an Anesthesia Technologists, as the first in the nation to address the changing credentialing requirements for anesthesia technicians. The class is offered entirely online  and will provide the necessary skills, knowledge, and 40 CEUs needed to sit for the American Society of Anesthesia Technologist (ASATT) National Certificate Exam to become Certified Anesthesia Technologist. The class is led by Kathy Cabai, RN, CNOR, M.S.Ed., Ed.D, recipient of the 2016 Region Four Educational Award.

To qualify, students must be a certified anesthesia technician from ASATT, have five years of experience and show proof of ACLS and BCLS at the time of the exam.

Prior to registering, students must submit a pre-approval application to ASATT with a check for $250. The application must be approved before the certified anesthesia technician begins the program coursework.
