Successful non-profits take a strategic and comprehensive approach to create and maintain their fundraising efforts. Explore developing a culture of fundraising, identifying potential funding sources, and developing relationships with potential donors. Make your case, organize fundraising work, and emphasize cultivating individuals. Implement your plans with evaluation strategies.

Prepare to be an educated and impactful board member. Communications and marketing are necessary for raising awareness about an organization and its mission. Effective communication promotes your mission and connect you with your constituents, funders and other stakeholders, has measurable outcomes and is sustainable. In this session, you will create a communication plan for your organization by: Identifying key stakeholders and their communication needs, creating key messages, choosing the most impactful communication channels/vehicles and determining measurable outcomes (ROI).

Managing Performance

Managing performance of team members can be one of the most challenging responsibilities of a supervisor; and, it can also be one of the most rewarding. This virtual class will provide the groundwork for your performance management process beginning with the establishment of goals, encouragement through feedback, and an overview of actions to take when managing performance gaps. This course has pre-work for the workshop.
