Lean Six Sigma

Lean Six Sigma combines the best of two proven/successful process improvement methods—Lean and Six Sigma—to help organizations achieve their missions as fast and efficiently as possible. Lean focuses on the elimination of waste, while Six Sigma focuses on minimizing variation and detecting and removing causes of error. Both methods were born in manufacturing settings, but the combined framework of Lean Six Sigma can be used in any industry, including information technology, health care, finance, human resources, accounting, hospitality, transportation.

Ultimately, Lean Six Sigma improves your organization’s bottom line, provides value to your customers, engages your team members and employees and transforms your organizational culture.

Our courses will give you a solid foundation in Lean Six Sigma methodologies and specific exercises to hone the analytical, problem-solving and leadership skills you need to support successful improvement projects. On an individual level, Lean Six Sigma certification can help you advance your career, demonstrating to your employer (or future employers) that you have a highly-prized and internationally-recognized skill set and that you are serious about continuous improvement.
