This two-day, hands-on course, led by a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®), gives you the opportunity to work toward PMP® or CAPM® certification while learning to deliver projects on time, reliably and within your budget. Project Management Certification Preparation

Take the next step in your career and work toward certification as a Project Management Professional. This one-day course helps you review principles of project management and prepare for the PMP exam. Test prep materials are included: PMP Project Management Professional Exam Study Guide, A Guide to the Project Management of Knowledge (PMBOK Guide) and Rita Mulcahy's PMP Exam Prep.

Please note: 35 project management education hours are required to sit for the PMP® exam.  These hours are met by registering for Essentials (14 hours), Advanced (14 hours) and Cert Prep (7 hours).

Certification Information

The certification exams for Project Management Professional (PMP®) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM®) are not included in the program. Please see the Project Management Institute (PMI) website to learn how to apply for an exam.
