Dive into Dairy

Join DuPage County Farm Bureau- Ag in the Classroom as we explore the world of dairy production! You’ll enjoy a behind-the-scenes look at a local dairy farm and learn how these amazing animals are cared and milked as well as the state-of-the-art equipment used on the farm. We’ll also explain how the milk travels from the farm and reaches the store. As an ending activity, we will be making homemade butter. You will need a small container with a lid, heavy whipping cream, and a napkin! This is a very fun activity that is suitable for all ages!
