STEM Scholarships

Many scholarship opportunities exist for students wishing to pursue the fields of science, technology, engineering, or mathematics (STEM). View a brief description of each option below or click on the name of the scholarship to learn more.

Engineering Pathways Program

The Engineering Pathways Program at College of DuPage is a pathway to guaranteed admission to the College of Engineering at the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana. This program will facilitate transfer, minimize duplication of instruction and build on community college and university learning experiences. To qualify, students must complete a specified list of equivalent courses at COD, earning grades no less than a "B." Students must also enroll full-time. Learn more about Engineering Pathways

PUMA-STEM

The Promotion of Underrepresented Minorities in Academic STEM (PUMA-STEM) Alliance is focused on strengthening underrepresented minority student success in STEM at primarily undergraduate and regional institutions. Learn more about the PUMA-STEM Alliance

STEM Student Success Scholarship

The STEM Student Success Scholarship, funded by a grant from the National Science Foundation, is a scholarship program to recruit and retain students in the targeted areas of Physics, Chemistry, and Engineering. The scholarship covers tuition and books for a year and may be renewed for an additional year if the applicant meets the scholarship eligibility and recipient obligations.
