Catering Guide

Food Service Waiver – Sodexo (Dining Services) has the right of first refusal. If catering is waived, the following items are required: Food Service Waiver, Business License, Health Certificate and Certificate of Insurance. These items must be in the Conference and Events office two weeks in advance of the event.

There is a 10 percent surcharge to all catering selections.
