Success Stories: Jordan Fritz

When Jordan Fritz was finishing his bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science at North Central College, he took several summer classes at College of DuPage. Years later, he found himself back at COD pursuing a new career path. He now works as a full-time nuclear medicine technologist at SwedishAmerican Hospital in Rockford.

Success Stories: Madeleine Trinco

Madeleine Trinco graduated early from high school and wanted a head-start on her college career. She chose College of DuPage after being named a Presidential Scholar, which includes a full-tuition scholarship and membership in the Phi Theta Kappa honors society. After earning both Associate in Arts and Associate in Science degrees and graduating with high honors, Trinco continued her educationat Beloit College in Wisconsin and now works at the DuPage County Coroner’s Office.

Success Stories: Carmine Calabria

Throughout his life, Carmine Calabria considered many career choices, most revolving around being innovative, creative and thinking outside of the box. After his first semester in the Architecture program at College of DuPage, he knew he was selecting the right career. Calabria is now a full-time architectural designer at Wight & Company and recently returned to COD as part of the design team for the Cleve Carney Museum of Art expansion.

Success Stories: Julianne Di Benedetto

When Julianne Di Benedetto decided to return to school upon realizing she wanted a career change, she chose College of DuPage because it offered a flexible class schedule and was conveniently located near her home and work. She also was impressed that the Paralegal Studies program was approved by the American Bar Association.
