Steps for registering:

1. Download and print a registration packet containing detailed instructions for both transition coordinators/program contacts AND parents/students. A map of the campus is also included.

Registration deadline: Tuesday, Jan. 19, 2010.

2. If you have never attended any classes at College of DuPage, complete Form A, the application for admission. The one-time $20 processing fee has been waived for the Vocational Skills students. You do not pay this fee.

3. Complete Form B, selecting one or more courses that are offered.

4. Complete Form C and Form D.

5. If a school or agency is paying your tuition, Form E, the Agency Sponsored Billing Form, must be completed and signed.

6. The College of DuPage has a new billing policy. Payment for tuition and fees is required within 7 days of registering and no invoices will be mailed. To insure compliance to this policy, complete the payment information on the “Permit To Register” Form B. The registration will not be processed until this is completed. You will receive a confirmation of the registration from the Vocational Skills program.

7. Mail all completed forms before the registration deadline to:
