Steps for registering:

1. Download and print a registration packet containing detailed instructions for both transition coordinators/program contacts AND parents/students.

Please Note: If you have already downloaded the Fall Registration Packet there was an error on course code #13018 and a new updated version is now online.

Registration deadline: Monday, Sept. 15, 2008.

2. If you have never attended any classes at College of DuPage, complete Form A, the application for admission. (All new students will be billed a one-time $10 processing fee.)

3. Complete Form B, selecting one or more courses that are offered.

4. Complete Form C and Form D.

5. If a school or agency is paying your tuition, Form E, the Third Party Billing Form, must be completed.

6. Do not send payment with the registration form. You will be billed two to three days from the date of registration.

7. Mail all completed forms before the registration deadline to:
