industry, including working for an airline, cruise line, or for
a tour operator, convention organization, hotel or resort. Careers
also exist in the areas of car rental companies, rail services,
motor coach/bus lines, government tourist boards and, of course,
travel agencies. For people with a creative flair, other options
include pursuing a career as a travel writer, brochure designer
or photographer.
The professors and advisers at College of DuPage go to great lengths
to help their students break into the industry and begin a career
in travel. In addition to sharing their knowledge and expertise,
