Here's where you register your institution as a downlink site for a College of DuPage teleconference series.

Registration is for your entire site. If an individual would like to attend the series, they should contact your local downlink site directly.

Two ways to register:

  1. On Paper: Pay by check or credit card number, or have us invoice you with or without a purchase order. Simply print out our registration form. (You'll need adobe acrobat to view it.) Fill it out, then mail or fax it, as you prefer. Addressing information is on the page. 

  2. On Line: Have us invoice you for the teleconference series with or without a purchase order number. Simply scroll down this page, type into each of the boxes below, and click on the 'Register Now' button. 

The Web Design Teleconference registration fee is US$395 through 11/22/02, US$495 after.

Your site license includes:

  • web-delivered collateral materials 

  • taping rights 

  • the ability to call in or FAX your questions 

  • right to re-sell the live program

You may cancel your registration by notifying College of DuPage in writing 10 working days prior to the first teleconference of the series. Institutions will be charged a US$50 administrative fee for cancellations.
