| "The future of the library
is inextric- ably linked to the future of reference. Within the
library ecosystem, the vitality of reference is an 'indicator species'
for the health of the whole."

all its formats
-
Estimating real costs for service
delivery

Juggling copyright and intellectual
property rights problems

are right for your library
-
Exploring potential of reference
service modalities

working librarians navigate these sometimes stormy waters.
