Full-time Faculty and Administration
For those of you who will attend this year’s Commencement Ceremony on Friday, May 16, you may pick up academic regalia in the Student Activities office, SRC 1800, from Monday, May 5 to Friday, May 9 from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. If there is a problem with your regalia, please contact Chris Raposa , ext. 2424, by Friday, May 9.All caps, gowns, tassels and hoods must be returned to the “disrobing room” in PE 101 (the Dance Studio) by 10 p.m. on Friday, May 16 so the rental company staff can process and package the items that night. Regalia returned late will cause extra shipping fees for us. Contact Chris Raposa with any special requests to keep the regalia longer.
SPECIAL CONSIDERATION
Full-time employees who have a relative participating in the ceremony should contact Meri Phillips, via phone please at ext. 2515, no later than Wednesday, May 7 to discuss options for special considerations, such as photographs and seating.ARRIVAL TIME for faculty and administrators: 6:45 p.m. in PE118 (Martial Arts Room) for robing and line-up. Line-up is by division (alphabetical) in double line formation. Each division may organize however they like.
The processional will begin at 7:30 p.m. sharp, with the graduates entering first followed by the faculty.
