Front Desk Service, Crisis and Security
Law enforcement front desk and clerical personnel gain a basic understanding of public customer service. Learn how to identify individuals in a state of crisis, as well as what to do and what not to do in a crisis situation. Emphasis is placed on the ability to spot and deal with crisis and dangerous behavior, including recognizing concealed carry.
