Academic Regulation Committee	Evaluates student appeals/petitions for a grade change (F to W). No earned grades are changed. Medical withdrawals are also handled through ARC. Bookstore Advisory Committee	Improve level of service, closer cooperation and better understanding of the bookstore within the various constituency groups. Assists in the planning, organizing, and conducting of the overall bookstore program by giving input. College Curriculum	To approve new courses, certificate programs and other academic programs that are proposed. Contact Person: Betty Willig, x4289 Committee Chair: Joe Collins Appointment Process: SLC appoints ONE student				Monthly, according to the schedules of the members

Dining Services	Provide an improved level of service, closer cooperation and better understanding of Dining Services within the various constituency groups by providing two way system of communication. Environmental Health and Safety Committee	To assist the Coordinator/Risk Management in fulfilling the oversight responsibilities by assessing the effectiveness of environmental health and safety programs and initiatives that support the Environmental Health and Safety policy of the [College]. Facilities Advisory Committee	All areas of facilities, renovation, and construction should be reviewed by this team and recommendations will be made to various groups. Contact Person: Terry Hoffman, x2699 Committee Chair: Tom Ryan Appointment Process: SLC appoints TWO students				Quarterly

Information Technology	Review/advise on the IT mission. Define IT strategies. Review/recommend IT standards. Review/recommend IT planning. Review, prioritize IT planning recommendations. Contact Person: Louise Tannura, x3757 Committee Chair: Chuck Currier Appointment Process: SLC appoints ONE student				Monthly

Judicial Review Board	Members of this committee hear appeals from students who think they did not have a fair hearing by the college Judicial officer on a disciplinary hearing for violations of the Student Code of Conduct. Contact Person: Bonnie Shalin, x2485 Appointment Process: Three students are NOMINATED; Dr. Harney makes selection				Meets as needed

Public Safety Advisory Committee	Review functions, services, procedures and reports of the Public Safety Department and make suggestions for improvement. Serve as a line of communication between Public Safety and the constituency groups of the College. Student Activities Fund Advisory Committee	All areas of facilities, renovation, and construction should be reviewed by this team and recommendations will be made to various groups. Traffic Appeals	Members of this committee hear the appeals of students who think they have been wrongly ticketed for traffic violations on campus. Contact Person: Bonnie Shalin, x2485 Committee Chair: Joe Mullin Appointment Process: SLC appoints TWO students				Appeals are sent out once per month
