Special Student Services

The Health Center
Confidential health information, health counseling and testing services, including confidential free AIDS testing, are available to students. Staff includes registered nurses during all open hours and a part-time physician.

Seminars and programs are planned throughout the school year, and literature is available to increase student awareness and knowledge of wellness issues.

The Health Center also has equipment available to loan at no charge, including:
• Wheelchairs, both manual and electric, for use on campus
• Crutches and canes

• Physical Exam (All): $25 ^*
• Mantoux Tuberculosis Test (TB) [two tests required upon program entry] $10 per test ^*
• Drug Test: $25 ^*

Blood Draws
• Rubella Titer: $15 *
• Rubeola Titer: $24 *
• Varicella Titer: $24 *
• Mumps Titer: $30 *
• Hepatitis B Titer [optional]: $15

Optional
• Hepatitis B Immunizations: $25 per shot (three shots)
• Tetanus (required for some programs): $20
• 2nd Copy of Completed Chart: $10

(^) Indicates requirements for Certified Nursing Assistant program.The above services are offered as a convenience to students in the Allied Health programs of College of DuPage. Every effort is made to keep prices as low as possible. Prices and availability of services are subject to change.
