- You will be contacted with the results of the prerequisite request within 1 to 3 business days at the email address or phone number you provide below. *May be extended if division or faculty needs to be consulted for approval.
- Requests are handled in the order in which they are received.
- You will not be able to register until prerequisites are verified by the Office of Student Records.
- This form will not be accepted if you have not yet applied to the College.
