hours):

Estate Transactions (45 classroom hours), REALE 1110 at C.O.D.
Advanced Principles 2000 (15 classroom hours), REALE 1120 at
C.O.D.
Contracts and Conveyances (15 classroom hours), REALE 1122
at C.O.D.
Brokerage Administration (15 classroom hours), REALE 1124 at
C.O.D.
Financing (15 classroom hours), REALE 1126 at C.O.D.
Property Management (15 classroom hours), REALE 1128 at C.O.D.
Pass
the Illinois Real Estate Broker Examination
Requirements
for obtaining an Illinois Real Estate Appraiser License:
There are three levels of Real Estate Appraiser Licenses in
Illinois:
Associate
Real Estate Appraiser
State Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser
State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser

Requirements:
Be
at least 18 years of age
Have a high school diploma or equivalency
Successfully complete the required coursework and experience

Pass the appropriate Illinois Real Estate Appraiser Examination

hours) for the Associate Real Estate Appraiser
License:
Basic Appraisal Principles (30 classroom hours), REALE 1152 at

Basic Appraisal Procedures (30 classroom hours), REALE 1153 at

Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) (15
