Associate in Applied Science (A.A.S.) Degree The A.A.S. degree in Real Estate includes courses
required by the State of Illinois that qualify students to take
the state license examinations for an Illinois Real Estate Broker
License and an Illinois Real Estate Salesperson License. These
courses may be taken independently of the degree program for licensing
purposes.
