Real Estate Appraisal Certificate The Appraisal certificate offered at C.O.D. enables students to enter the workforce
directly as an appraiser. The program includes courses approved by the State
of Illinois that qualify students to sit for the state examination to obtain
a license as an Illinois Associate Real Estate Appraiser.
