The Real Estate Program
The Real Estate program at College of DuPage meets the needs of both students who would like to begin a career in the real estate industry and those who are already employed in the field. The program includes courses required by the State of Illinois that qualify students to take the following state license examinations:

Real Estate Broker
Real Estate Salesperson
Associate Real Estate Appraiser
Home Inspector

C.O.D. offers both an Associate in Applied Science (A.A.S.) degree program with a Real Estate option, as well as a Real Estate Appraisal Certificate. For more information, students should contact a faculty adviser to plan their course of study.

Careers in Real Estate
Career opportunities in the real estate field include salesperson, broker, appraiser, loan officer, title examiner, property manager, home inspector, land development, construction and positions in larger corporations with real estate departments.
